I have taken a little break from updating my blog but as I have commenced with A2 I need to get some of my work up here so I can gain feedback in order to improve my work. My coursework task is to produce a Horror movie trailer with two of my peers following the codes and conventions used in horror trailers. Research is very important as I need to find out why institutions use certain codes and conventions and how important it is for the trailer to represent the genre as it will put the message to the audience across quicker and allows them to establish the genre. I have a brilliant teacher who is guiding us through the process and hopefully our trailer will be nothing far from spectacular.
